Hummus and cottage cheese dips with veggies

Double dip today! I was in a munchy and slightly experimental mood so I decided to see if there was such a thing as CWP hummus! You can use the proportions of protein to your own preference, I have given quantities of what I used as a guide.


  1. Mix 100g fat free cottage cheese with garlic powder, black pepper, chives and dill and place in small bowl to serve.
  2. In a food processor whizz up 155g tinned chickpeas (rinsed and drained), one clove of garlic, tablespoon of lemon juice and a few squirts of olive oil frylight. (Adjust to taste). Put in small bowl.
  3. Garnish your hummus with some smoked paprika and coriander.
  4. Serve with 80g of chosen veg: I had lightly griddled asparagus tips, and cucumber sticks with a teeny radish garnish.
